Description

Prerequisites: Must have met the college reading requirement: a minimum score of 18 on the ACT reading, or 81 on the Compass reading, or 85 on the Accuplacer reading, or a minimum grade of C in RDG0900, ENG0990, or ENG0090, or concurrent enrollment in RDG0750 or RDG0900, or have earned 24 college-level semester credit hour AND one of the following English requirements: (1) ACT English score of 13-17, or Compass English/Writing score of 27-69, or Accuplacer sentence skills score of 56-91 (students who score 69-91 on the English Sentence Skills test and score a 5+ on the optional Accuplacer Write Placer test may place into English Composition I) or (2) a minimum 3.5 high school grade point average and ACT English score of 11-12, or Compass English/Writing score of 15-26, or Accuplacer Sentence Skills score of 41-55 or (3) ENG0960 with a minimum grade of C.
