You can also email your phone number to the Help Desk at email@example.com and someone will follow-up with you by the next business day. Help Desk hours: Summer Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Fall Mon-Thur 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Fri 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Changing your password in MyMAC will automatically change your passwords for email and main campus computers. This may take up to 10 minutes to take effect.

All students are set up in Mac Alerts with their Mac email address. Use these instructions to add your phone number.
The IT Department reserves each Sunday from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for network maintenance. Network and computer services may be unavailable at any time during this period so users should consider this before beginning any online testing or other critical process. The third Friday of the month from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. is also downtime for MyMAC.
