When clicking the "Get MyMAC Password" link above, make sure you have entered your ID number in the Username field. You will need to enter your Mineral Area College email address on the following screen. Step by step instructions on how to access MyMac and your Online Courses are available here.
If you have problems retrieving your login information, please call the Help Desk at 573-518-3850. You can also email your phone number to the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will follow-up with you by the next business day. Help Desk hours: Summer Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Fall and Spring Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

All students are set up in Mac Alerts with their Mac email address. Use these instructions to change or update your information.
The IT Department reserves each Sunday from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for network maintenance. Network and computer services may be unavailable at any time during this period so users should consider this before beginning any online testing or other critical process. The third Friday of the month from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. is also downtime for MyMAC.
